Lead and Manage the Sales for Lighting, smart home automation, Smart Lighting and IoT Products with focus on Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects
- Meet the performance targets without waiting for directions.
- Lead generation by Identifying the construction projects
- Generating project leads thru Architects, Builders, Consultant, Developers, Interior designers and thru field visits
- Promote and Sell the Lighting, Home automation, Smart Lighting, IoT technologies to B2C and B2B clients through personal meets.
- Keep abreast with all new technologies in the field.
- Attend relevant trade shows/exhibitions/promotion activities
- Be able to explain and design the BoQ as per the customer’s requirement. Install and handover the project to the client.
- Provide customer support by responding to customer inquiries and requests
- Identify and properly qualify new business opportunities using available resources
- Partner with current customers to ascertain current needs and generate additional sales
- Ensure that databases are current and updated with accurate customer information
- Routinely pull and reference system reports for additional opportunities
- Execute timely preparation of all expense reports, call reports and assigned projects
- Interact with the products support team on regular basis to keep update on the products and clarify all the issues.
- Carry out market intelligence/ research and advice for company’s growth.
